Event Registration: - The registration fee for the event is €120, which secures your spot for the lecture and guided meditation session. - Once booked, the registration fee is non-refundable. Event Format: - This is primarily an online event, accessible to participants worldwide. - Miericoast Healing reserves the right to host a simultaneous physical event at a location to be determined. Participants will be informed of this decision in advance. Online participants will be integrated with in-person attendees to ensure a unified experience. - Attendance at the physical event will be optional and subject to additional terms and conditions. Participation Requirements: - The event is open to all individuals worldwide. Gift Eligibility: - The Studio Penthouse gift will be awarded to one eligible attendee at the end of the event. The recipient of the Studio Penthouse must: - Be at least 18 years old. - Be able to obtain a visa for North Cyprus if required. - Not already own property in North Cyprus. Additional Notes: - All taxes and fees associated with the Studio Penthouse gift will be covered by Miericoast Healing. - The recipient will receive an airplane ticket and hotel accommodation to travel to North Cyprus for signing the necessary paperwork and receiving the keys.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Miericoast: - In the unlikely event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), a full refund of the registration fee will be offered. Force Majeure: - Miericoast Healing is not liable for failure or delay in obligations under unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, government actions, or force majeure events. Communication of Cancellation: - In case of cancellation, we will promptly communicate the decision through official channels (website, email, social media).
